What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointments will be charged 50% of service. Cancellations or changes to appointments (i.e. changing a 90 minute session to 60 minutes) within 24 hours will be charged 100% of original service.

What services do you offer?

60, 90, and 120 minute therapeutic sessions are offered. During intake, goals of the session will be discussed in order to provide the ideal massage for the client. Sessions may include cupping, CBD, and IASTM. If you are interested in one of these additions, just ask!

Do you travel?

In-home and on-site table and chair massage are available for additional fees. Please email naturallybalancedbw@gmail.com for more info.
